Dealing with mourning, Louise and Manu have two very different ways of reacting. While Manu decides to keep moving ahead, Louise is disoriented. Literally. She can only advance forwards by walking backwards. One day, she encounters Camille who reassures her about her state and reveals the existence of a discreet community: the ones who live better in today’s world with their back turned. Louise discovers with them that it is possible to move ahead in life, « back-forwards. »
